Although the theme of the Retreat is still emerging, this annual Retreat is set for Saturday, January 4, 10 a.m.– 3 p.m., in Fellowship Hall at Billings First Church. In many cultures, women are the ones who make Christmas “happen.” According to a custom in some Irish counties, women are given the day off from their household duties on “Little Christmas,” January 4, to relax and enjoy each other’s company. This event is an opportunity to recover from the holidays and, with a combination of contemplative and creative activity, to reset one’s direction for the New Year. Spiritual Director Barbara Gulick (barbaragulick@billingsfirstchurch.org) will facilitate. Limit: 30. Registration is required. Suggested donation to Billings First Church is $25, but any amount is appreciated.
